The Homeless and Special Needs Housing (HSNH) Funding application for the Virginia Homeless Solutions Program (VHSP) and Housing Opportunities for Persons With AIDS (HOPWA) is now available in the Centralized Application and Management System (CAMS). The Housing Trust Fund Homeless Reduction Grant portion of the HSNH funding will be released later this year.
As in previous years this is a community based application requiring submission from the lead agency with the subsequent grant agreements being made with individual organizations.
